Mala Making (virtual) Ceremony
Gift someone special a Mala this Valentine’s Day — in support of BUTTONNOSES rescue
What are Mala beads?
Used in Buddhist and Hindu prayer ceremonies and meditation for centuries, Mala beads are deeply symbolic and spiritual. In modern day, they’re often used in meditation and yoga practice to promote concentration, mindfulness, unity, and openness.
Give a pup, and your partner, a gift of balance and love
Just in time for Valentine’s (or Valenpup’s) Day! For this live (virtual) interactive event, we welcome back host Francesca Bonta who will guide us through how to create a Mala as a unique Valentine’s Day gift with a purpose — all in benefit of BUTTONNOSES Rescue!
More about this event
Francesca's Mala Making Sacred Circles will support us in creating and reaffirming our intentions of well-being for all fur creatures. During this event, you will create a unique Mala which you may wear and use in meditation, or gift to a loved one.
The event will begin with a smudge and welcome ceremony, followed by a Chakra balancing crystal meditation. In a sacred manner, we will create personal Malas. Next we will cleanse our Malas with sound and collectively recite mantras putting our gorgeous Malas to use. Each attendee will receive a mantra card, all the necessary materials, and an organza bag to store your Mala in.
This event is open to everyone and perfect for all ages.
In this 90-minute virtual event, you will:
