Hugs HotelTM and Kitty KompanionTM bookings of less than three days

You will receive an invoice for your requested services shortly after they are scheduled. Please note that payment MUST be received on or prior to the day of the first scheduled service on the invoice.

For cancellations made before 2pm the day before the service,we will issue a full refund or credit (your choice). For cancellations after 2pm, we will only issue a credit. Cancellations after 8pm the night before get charged for the full fee (no refund or credit).

*Cancellation credits are valid for 6 months following cancellation.


Hugs HotelTM and Kitty KompanionTM bookings of 3 days or longer

You will receive an invoice for your requested service shortly after it is scheduled. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining 50% MUST be paid on or before the first day of your dog's stay with us.

For cancellations made before 2pm the day before the commencement of service,we issue a 50% refund or credit (your choice) . For cancellations after 2pm, we will only issue a 50% credit.

*Cancellation credits are valid for 6 months following cancellation.


BUTTONNOSESTM reserves the right to cancel services on unpaid invoices.
