Meet Lola - June 2018
This beautiful lady is nothing shy of perfection! She is very smart and loyal. Lola came into BUTTONNOSES rescue as an owner surrender at the age of 12 because they didn't have time for her anymore. Who doesn't have time for such a precious soul? Lola is doing absolutely wonderful and is being loved and cherished in her foster home. She loves being walked daily and is trained to go outside. Lola loves attention from all family members and will always make sure she's touching someone or is sitting on your lap. Lola knows how to "sit" and "stay" and will do it all for a good treat. She has no shortness of appetite or life in general, she is thankful for every minute of it.
Little Lola has mitral valve disease which unfortunately cannot be cured, but she is currently taking medication to slow the progression and she is doing really well. She currently has no clinical signs and you wouldn’t even know she has a heart problem.
Lola came into our care with very strong separation anxiety which she no longer has. But please keep in mind she may need a little patience at first to get used to her new family but in no time will get over this with the stability and love she deserves.
Lola loves spending her days sitting in the sun and nights sleeping in her bed nice and warm. She needs a forever home to spend her golden years surrounded by love. When you meet her you will understand why everyone who meets her loves her immediately. Lola gets along with cats and dogs just fine, but does like to get vocal sometimes when expressing herself. She loves to follow her humans around the house and make sure she is always involved in what you are doing. She is so smart sometimes we feel she knows exactly what you're saying or if you are talking about her! Please consider giving this lovely lady her forever home as she's absolutely precious and deserves every minute of it!
