Meet Dexter - October 2018
Dexter is kind of like an angel in a chihuahua suit. He’s a chilled out, kind-hearted little dude who adapts to any situation. He’s super smart, polite and well-trained. He loves people (especially the ones with laps). He really knows how to relax like a pro, but he can run like a bullet when he feels like it and loves to get out an do a perimetre search of the garden. He barks a quick alarm when there’s something to alert him (like a doorbell), but settles right down quickly and gets back to relaxing. He’s great with other dogs and does well with older children. He’s big for a chihuahua and acts like a big dog. He’s up for anything - tearing through the woods, jumping in the car, cuddling up for some Netflix...
Dexter is affectionate, but not in your face affectionate. He does prefer to be sitting next to or on someone, but will also crash in his bed when he feels like being alone. Basically Dexter is just a really sweet, low-maintenance dog who would be a great addition to any family.
